Omnes Healthcare

Our Net Zero Commitment

Carbon Reduction Plan published 31 March 2026

Commitment to achieving Net Zero

Omnes Healthcare Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2045 for emissions scopes 1, 2 and 3, in line with UK Government targets and the NHS Net Zero Carbon reduction framework.

The commitment was made on 09/10/2025 by the Omnes Executive Board.

Our approach

We recognise our responsibility to reduce the environmental impact of our operations and supply chain. Our Carbon Reduction Plan sets out our baseline emissions, progress to date, targets and the actions we are taking to drive meaningful and measurable reductions.

Progress is reviewed regularly and reported transparently to ensure accountability and continuous improvement on our journey to Net Zero.

83.84 tCO2e
Baseline emissions, 2024/25
78.7 tCO2e
Current emissions, 2025/26
67.58 tCO2e
Projected emissions by 2030

Baseline emissions footprint

Baseline emissions are a record of greenhouse gases produced prior to the implementation of emissions reduction strategies and provide the reference point against which future reductions will be measured.

Baseline year: 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025

This baseline represents the first full year of structured carbon reporting across the organisation. Data has been compiled using available operational and financial records. We are continuing to improve data completeness, particularly across Scope 3 emissions, through engagement with suppliers and landlords.

Baseline year emissions (2024/25)tCO2e
Scope 1: Direct emissions0
Scope 2: Purchased electricity55.7
Scope 3: Other indirect emissions (business travel, employee commuting, water consumption)28.15
Total emissions83.84

Scope 1 statement: Omnes Healthcare Ltd does not currently operate owned or controlled combustion sources (e.g. company vehicles, gas boilers under direct control). Therefore, Scope 1 emissions are reported as zero.

Current emissions reporting

Scope 1: Direct emissions0
Scope 2: Purchased electricity52.5
Scope 3: Other indirect emissions (business travel, employee commuting, water consumption)26.2
Total emissions78.7

Emissions reduction targets

We are committed to reducing our carbon emissions by 3% year-on-year over the next five years and to reaching Net Zero by 2045.

Interim target: 3% reduction year-on-year (2025/26 to 2029/30)
Projected emissions: 67.58 tCO2e by 2030

We recognise that improved Scope 3 data and changes in activity may affect reported totals in future years.
